Beautiful roof, the product seems great. Problem is the lifetime warranty. The company will not return calls for customer service. If your going to need any work done, you'll have to hire a different roofing company which voids the warranty.
The only thing this company is good at is pissing off tour insurance company, and not repairing your roof when something goes wrong. You will have to hire a different company to fix anything, because Billy Ellis only cares about you when they are installing the roof. Once it’s on, they are done with you.
WOW! This is a wonderful looking roof. Disregarding other benifits such as R-value, longevity, lightness of weight and energy savings. It is simply beautiful. The crew of 7 spent a day and a half to complete installation, and did well at cleanup. I am very happy.
