I have a membership with a competitor that I pay $15 less a month and can use their facilities all over the USA when I travel. The Y is very limited on where I can go.
Great Friendly place to workout. Great staff. Only 1 barbell Squat rack and 1 barbell bench but I always get my workout in time.

On a good note the facility does stay clean and is very kid friendly.
Another bad is the Boot Camp Class that was offered went from being part of your membership to being a class you have to pay for in addition to your monthly fee. This class is no different than spin, boxing, zumba, etc.... Why the additional charge? Pathetic.
