They took care of my father's memorial service and cremation so professionally. Everything was done at a reasonable price and with the utmost dignity and kindness shown for the loss of our loved one. It isn't the most glamorous business to be in but these guys are great at it, and the community should be proud.

I will never forget the moment I told Clint that my Father passed away he looked at me and said, "I am so sorry for your loss. Please let us know what you want and need and we will take care of it for you." And they did!
My husband passed away on Oct 30.2017 . We are originally from New Orleans and my husband wanted to be buried there . Mountain Valley made sure to take care of every detail INCLUDING flying him back home to New Orleans to be buried . My husband when delivered to the other funeral home in New Orleans he looked wonderful and they even took care of placing his hands to rest on his belly . My husband was very well taken care of . Being from out of town and from an area where funerals are very critiqued I felt really satisfied with the services Mountian Valley provided . Mountain Valley was completely upfront with cost information. They stuck to the price list they gave me and walked me through every detail with no rushed or pressure made . They helped me with casket choice and even gave me advice on which ones not to get . Brandon was very kind helpful and respectful. If I didnt like something they took care of it immediately . My husband was a big Led Zepplin and Billy Joel fan and i was even allowed to play some along with the slide show of pictures that they put on the monitor for me . They took care of EVERYTHING . You cannot go wrong with using Mountian Valley .
From the Viewing, to the Funeral Mass, to the final Military Burial: these amazing people took care of me and my family in our time of need and sorrow. I will forever be grateful for them!
